Do you need access to our systems?

How is this different from a free consultation?
A free call is 30 minutes and ends with a sales pitch. The audit is a 2-week structured engagement with a full report, ROI modeling, use case catalog, and a chatbot you keep. It's a deliverable, not a conversation.
What happens after the audit?
Most clients move to a Pilot Build — we take the top use case from the audit and build it. After that, many move to a monthly retainer where we continue implementing the roadmap. The audit is step one of a longer engagement, not a one-off.
Will you actually build what you recommend?
Yes. That's the whole point. We don't hand off a strategy deck to a separate development team. The same people who ran the audit build the automations. No translation loss.
